Names of candidates are listed directly below their Party name. On the left-hand side of their names are radio button (circular) or checkbox (square).
To choose a candidate, position your mouse-pointer on a radio button or checkbox, then left-click your mouse.
In the case of Councilors, you only select 8. In cases where more than 8 Councilors are selected, the valid count would be TOP-to-BOTTOM, LEFT-to-RIGHT....
Then click the SUBMIT button.
