Following the submission of Sangguniang Bayan photos, Mayor Jimmy wrote me attaching the municipal agenda or plan of action and its budget for the next 3 years.  Please publish this so that other Aloranons overseas can peruse and offer feedbacks.  We are a global Aloran now, so we can communicate our opinions, suggestions, recommendations, contributions, etc. to the Sangguniag Bayan (Municipal Council) through the new Mayor

Jimmy Roa Regalado at  jrregalado49@yahoo.com.  I suggest that you create special topic/box in the website to handle/deal with this.  This is the beginning of cooperative dialogues between our municipal officials and us Aloranons everywhere in the world.  I dream of an Aloran progressive,

peaceful with shared goal of uplifting the lives of our people specially the poor. I wish that during our 2nd Aloran Reunion, we can raise some funds

for a worthwhile project for our town.  We should solicitate through the website opinions, suggestions how to help ameliorate some less than desirable conditions in Aloran.  We have done our first: from our 1st reunion, we raised enough money to donate a medical equpment to test indigent Aloranons and the appointment by a permanent Medical Technologist to operate & maintain it. We look forward to our 2nd reunion and do similar donation.  Thank you Mayor Jimmy & members of the Council.
