- These are the results of my initial exploration on the idea. The initial
cost is between $4K & $5K, annual maintenance for a Retainer - $1.2K,
& Processing Time can take between 6 & 12 months. In view of this,
I would suggest that we will have this as our long-term goal. For
our Reunion, we can explore other options:
A->Create an S Corporation - costs between
$400.00 & $700.00, & annual maintenance for a Retainer of $1.2K,
& takes only a few weeks, or:
B->We can open a Checking Account under
Totoy's AND my name, or:
C->We continue what we do now, use Totoy/Angging's
Account:
My preference is B->.
